Mark, Lettings & Compliance Manager, has been with us since 2021, adding humour to the office daily. He has years of experience from the print industry having managed deadlines & staff, Mark now balances work & life by working Tuesday to Thursday, looking after maintenance, inspections, landlord, tenant & property compliance & move outs.

Accounts & Utility Manager

Jean, Accounts & Utility Manager, has been with us since 2018, & is popular as she pays the contractors, tenants & landlords, & most importantly our staff wages. Jean has over 30 years office accounting experience & she balances work & home life by working part time 3 mornings a week, accurately keeping the accounts balanced, paying landlords & contractors in a timely manner, issuing regular landlord statements & ensuring the property utilities are up to date.

Lettings Manager

Gemma joined us a Lettings Manager in June 2025 and brings a range of transferable skills from working in the Travel industry for 8 years and Recruitment for 12 years. She is full of enthusiasm and ideas and will be looking after Marketing, Contracts, Maintenance and making sure the office runs smoothly. She works in school hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and when she’s not at work you will find her enjoying days out with her two daughters or chilling with a wine or two!

Lettings Assistant

Julia joined us as a Lettings Assistant in June 2025.

She’s in the office mornings Monday to Friday, taking care of our keys, reported repairs and the phones.

Returning to work from an eleven year break looking after family and home, Julia previously worked as a Dental Nurse , manager in hospitality and is a qualified counsellor.

When not at work she enjoys walking, reading, baking and home making.

Tina joined us as a lettings assistant in July 2025, and she has transferable skills from working in a school for 22 years. She is in the office everyday looking after maintenance, inspections, & communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors. When not in work she enjoys going to Zumba, crochet, reading and having a good laugh with family.
